FAQs
Sectar offers two plans: Free Plan: 3% commission on payouts. Paid Plan: $19/month with a 0.5% commission on payouts. You can choose the plan that best fits your business needs.
The commission is calculated as a percentage of the total amount processed during the payout. If the task value is, say, $100, Sectar deducts 0.5% or 50 cents as commission for paid users and moves $99.5 to your bank.
Standard currency conversion charges might apply. Sectar has no control over this fee.
No, there are no hidden fees. There's only a standard commission we charge on payouts and the subscription fee if you opt for the paid plan. Currency conversion fees may apply for certain transactions, but these are transparent and depend on the payout currency.
The free plan is ideal for freelancers or small teams starting out. If you handle larger volumes of transactions or want to reduce commission fees, the paid plan offers a lower commission of 0.5% with a $19 subscription.
Sectar supports payments in multiple currencies. Any necessary currency conversion will be handled by our payment processor, and the fees for this will be deducted transparently during the payout.
Yes, you can upgrade to the paid plan or downgrade to the free plan at any time. The changes will take effect from the next payout cycle.
